What to do if your call to CarePrecise goes unanswered?
CarePrecise receives so many calls every day – more than half of them robocalls and spam – that we have had to insert a spam call filter between our hard-working staff and the rest of the world. Please accept our apology if your call was rejected as a result of an error on the part of the spam filter. Unfortunately, we don't control the filters. That's done by our phone company and their partners, who are trying to cut down on the estimated 5 billion spam calls every month. If you've experienced difficulty getting through (for whatever reason), please just send us email at the address above.
