CP ListMaker Research Tools Add-On
Add-on tools such as CP ListMaker come with 30 days of free limited email technical support, up to three support contacts. Paid support plans may be purchased for add-ons. CarePrecise dataset paid support plans do not cover add-on tools unless purchased separately. Detailed documentation and instructions for use of CP ListMaker are available online.

Standard free technical support is offered on an as-available basis; for priority assistance, please review the paid support options below. Standard support is limited to one-half hour of support engineer time per support contact.

Premium Technical Support
We offer a fee-based support program for users who need detailed assistance in installing and using CarePrecise data products, and those who wish to extend the period of their coverage. Premium Technical Support, which includes both email and telephone support, is available in a five (5) incident package, good through a 12-month period from the date of purchase. To purchase Premium Support with additional support incidents, increase the quantity of your order in the Add to Cart box when you make your Premium Technical Support purchase. You will receive 5 support contacts per Premium support package purchased. A single paid support package can be used with all of your CarePrecise products. Premium support is limited to one-half hour of support engineer time per support contact.

Premium Technical Support Members enjoy priority over free support requests, and requests will be handled as quickly as possible by a technician, to resolve issues within one business day. Premium support is limited to issues regarding download and installation of the product, acquisition and merging of updates, basic data output, and basic CSV import issues. Advanced Technical Support
Our Advanced Support program is for users of our more technical products, such as CarePrecise Access, our full NPPES data set. Advanced Support, which includes both email and telephone support, is available in a fifteen (15) incident package, good through a 12-month period from the date of purchase. To purchase Advanced Technical Support with additional support incidents, increase the quantity of your order in the Add to Cart box when you make your Advanced Technical Support purchase. You will receive 15 support contacts per Advanced support package purchased. A single paid support package can be used with all of your CarePrecise products. Advanced support is limited to one-half hour of support engineer time per support contact.

Advanced Support entitles you to send and receive output examples to your support tech, to receive advanced query development support within the CarePrecise MDB core database, and assistance with Microsoft Access queries, reports , imports and exports, and tying your legacy data into the CarePrecise database, and vice versa. Advanced Support can also provide detailed help in understanding and applying the NPPES data to specific applications in your organization.

Advanced Technical Support Members receive a private support email address, enjoy priority over free and premium support requests, and requests will be responded to within one business day, with the objective of achieving resolution of common issues within two hours of the initial contact.

Advanced Technical Support does not cover extensive coding, automation of custom processes, extending functionality beyond normal query development, or development of databases residing outside of the CarePrecise dataset.
