Fanatical support. That's an apt description of the depths to which we will go to make completely sure that you can lean on someone who knows what's what, and will take the time to answer your questions thoroughly.

It starts with our online documentation, where we've done some pretty good work, keeping it short, sweet and complete. Then you've got at least 30 days of free telephone and email support, depending on your product. And if that's not enough, we offer premium support options, too.

FREE STANDARD SUPPORT
Free email technical support is available for products in the CarePrecise line. Free support is limited to download, installation and general use of the product, including basic questions on standard features and functionality. We're sorry, but we can't offer free basic computer operation support or assistance with third-party software; customers must have basic computer knowledge with things like how to download and extract zip files, and with Microsoft Office (in the case of the Gold and Platinum products). Options vary, appropriate to the particular product:

Paid support plans may be purchased for additional help. Issues related to custom programming and query-building are not available with free support. Detailed documentation and instructions for use of CP ListMaker are available online.

PAID SUPPORT PROGRAMS

Advanced Technical Support
Advanced Technical Support, which includes both email and telephone support, is available in a ten (10) incident package, up to a total of ten (10) technician hours, good through a 12-month period from the date of purchase. ATS can assist with query development, a common need for specific uses of CarePrecise data. Click here to purchase...

To purchase Advanced Technical Support with additional support incidents, increase the quantity of your order in the Add to Cart box when you make your Advanced Technical Support purchase. You will receive 10 support contacts (or 10 hours) per Advanced support package purchased. One paid support package can be used with all of your CarePrecise products.

Advanced Support entitles you to send and receive output examples to your support tech, to receive query development support within the CarePrecise MDB core database and CP ListMaker environment, and assistance with Microsoft Access queries, imports and exports, and tying your legacy data into the CarePrecise database, and vice versa. Advanced Support can also provide detailed help in understanding and applying the data to specific applications in your organization.

Advanced Technical Support Members enjoy priority over free support requests, and email requests will be responded to within one business day under most circumstances, with the objective of achieving resolution of common issues within one business day.

Advanced Technical Support does NOT cover extensive coding, automation of custom processes, extending functionality beyond normal query development, development of databases residing outside of the CarePrecise dataset, or custom data extracts pulled by CarePrecise personnel. Premium Advanced Support Services (PASS)

CarePrecise Premium Advanced Support Services (PASS) provides direct, personalized assistance with data process development up to ten (10) incidents and up to three (3) custom data extracts performed by CarePrecise staff to meet the customer's requirements, for a total of up to twenty (20) hours of advanced processing tech or coder time. A maximum of three (3) Premium Advanced Support packages per customer may be purchased per year. PASS covers a 12-month period from the time of purchase.

Premium Advanced Support Services extends the assistance provided under Advanced Technical Support to include CarePrecise processing staff to run up to three custom data extracts.

The PASS package includes one 30-minute one-on-one web-based tutorial with an expert CarePrecise instructor.

CP ListMaker and CarePrecise data package tutorials are available to offer personal contact with a CarePrecise expert. Your instructor is deeply knowledgeable in how CarePrecise products work, and how the data is structured.


CP ListMaker and Data Tutorial: 1-on-1

Get a personal tutorial on the use of CP ListMaker. This web-based, 30-minute, one-on-one session will demonstrate the basics of how to build a tightly targeted list of healthcare providers based on specialty, facility type, state, zip code, county, gender, and/or other criteria, including geographic radius from a central location. You'll learn how to export lists in different formats, and how to save your criteria for future searches. This tutorial is limited to one student.
