- Taxonomy code (the kind of healthcare provider, i.e., hospital, physician, dentist, nurse, alternative medicine practitioner, lab, pharmacy, clinic, etc., as well as specific physician specialties)
- Zip Code® - Target providers by zip
- Geographic radius (the geographic radius tool is now integrated in version 2.2)
- State/territory
- Entity Type (individual or organization)
- Gender
- PECOS status, indicating providers who can bill Medicare and accept Medicare/Medicaid patients
- Date provider was added to database, useful for targeting new businesses
- Date provider updated its record(s), useful for targeting moving or changing businesses
- Poverty/wealth of providers' service areas, useful for qualifying prospects and grant research
- Rural/urban status of providers' service areas, useful for qualifying prospects and grant research
Standard Output Styles include:
