Provider Database

The full 6 million HIPAA-covered U.S. provider records of the U.S. healthcare community from the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), enriched with PECOS and LEIE data, processed for use on standard office-class desktop, workstation and laptop computers. Data is delivered via download link, in normalized relational database tables (Microsoft Access 2003+ MDB format), and as comma separate values (CSV) files.
