ProCase contains the properly cased names and addresses of all HIPAA-covered individual and organization healthcare providers. ProCase includes the NPI field for linkage to federal databases and to the CarePrecise Complete and CarePrecise Advanced databases. The database includes all name fields plus AttnName and Salutation fields, practice addresses and mailing addresses, properly cased and ready for use in professional communications. This is a subscription to 4 quarterly downloads of the currently updated records, and may be purchased without a full CarePrecise database product.
You can download the complete database in either or both of two formats: MDB format (Microsoft Access 2003 or later) and CSV format (comma separated values).
