How to Download your Fax Number List

Thanks for being a CarePrecise customer! We want to make your healthcare provider fax number list download as easy as possible. Just follow these steps...

1. Go to our online store where you made your purchase, and login using the email address and password with which you registered. Click here to login to your account...
   
2. In the "Previous Orders" section, find your order, and click the VIEW button:
   
3. Click the big blue DOWNLOAD button at the right of the list you purchased:
   
4. SAVE the zip file to your hard drive, then extract the contents of the file to a folder, such as C:\CarePrecise. Be sure to keep a copy of the downloaded zip file in case you lose the fax list, since we can't recreate your download.
