FREE STANDARD SUPPORT
Free email technical support is available for products in the CarePrecise line. Free support is limited to download, installation and general use of the product, including basic questions on standard features and functionality. We're sorry, but we can't offer free basic computer operation support or assistance with third-party software; customers must have basic computer knowledge with things like how to download and extract zip files, and with Microsoft Office (in the case of the Gold and Platinum products). Options vary, appropriate to the particular product:

CP ListMaker Research Tools Add-On
Add-on tools such as CP ListMaker come with 30 days of free limited telephone and email technical support, up to three support contacts. Paid support plans may be purchased for add-ons. Issues related to custom programming and query-building are not available with sree support. CarePrecise dataset paid support plans do not cover add-on tools unless purchased separately. Detailed documentation and instructions for use of CP ListMaker are available online.

PAID SUPPORT

Advanced Technical Support
Our Advanced Technical Support (ATS) program is for users of our more complex products, such as CarePrecise Platinum, carePrecise Gold, and the CPAC+EPGH data bundle. Advanced Support, which includes both email and telephone support, is available in a ten (10) incident package, good through a 12-month period from the date of purchase. ATS can assist with query development, a common need for specific uses of carePrecise data.

To purchase Advanced Technical Support with additional support incidents, increase the quantity of your order in the Add to Cart box when you make your Advanced Technical Support purchase. You will receive 10 support contacts per Advanced support package purchased. A single paid support package can be used with all of your CarePrecise products. Advanced support is limited to one-half hour of support engineer time per support contact.

Advanced Support entitles you to send and receive output examples to your support tech, to receive query development support within the CarePrecise MDB core database and CP ListMaker environment, and assistance with Microsoft Access queries, imports and exports, and tying your legacy data into the CarePrecise database, and vice versa. Advanced Support can also provide detailed help in understanding and applying the NPPES data to specific applications in your organization.

Advanced Technical Support Members enjoy priority over free and premium support requests, and requests will be responded to within one business day, with the objective of achieving resolution of common issues within one business day.

Advanced Technical Support does NOT cover extensive coding, automation of custom processes, extending functionality beyond normal query development, or development of databases residing outside of the CarePrecise dataset.
